We hope this message finds you well! I am writing to share updates regarding our lunch experience and service style here at Starfield Vineyards. As we continue to evolve our offerings, we are making changes to provide our guests with an enjoyable and seamless experience while adapting our business to keep up with today’s ever changing economic climate.
After careful consideration and reflection, we have made the decision to transition from our current full-service table-side lunch experience to a more casual self-serve, counter ordering system. This decision was not made lightly, but it was necessary due to the high labor needs and high costs associated with maintaining our previous service model. Our ultimate goal is to continue providing exceptional service, amazing wines, delicious food and unparalleled experiences while ensuring a sustainable operation that allows us to continue to share everything “Starfield” for generations to come. We understand that change can be met with mixed emotions, but we want to assure you that the heart and soul of our winery will remain unchanged.
Starting Friday, June 21st, lunch service will change to the self-serve, counter service model and be available on a walk-in basis, allowing you to enjoy our delicious menu at your own pace. The tables dedicated for our walk-in lunch service will be available on a first come, first serve basis. This style of service will be very similar to that of Selland’s Café EDH, Moonraker Brewing & Solid Ground Brewery, whereas, you will go to the counter to order all food, wine, and beverages. Additionally, to accommodate more guests and to allow guests more time, we are expanding our patio area and adding additional tables. As a friendly heads up, we expect to be busiest and to have the higher guest volume of guests on Saturdays & Sundays from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.
For our loyal and valued Wine Club Members, one section of limited seating will remain dedicated to table side, full-service dining, exclusively available by reservation to our esteemed Wine Club members. This new section will be called the “Members Lunch Terrace” and will be exactly what you are used to. This special offering is our way of showing appreciation for your continued support and loyalty while balancing a sustainable operation. Please note, we do expect this section to fill up about 10 days in advance. We will always do our best to accommodate as many members as possible.
Existing reservations, will be remain as booked and unchanged in format or times.
