Wine Tastings
Visit our hilltop location for a classic wine tasting adventure with a view! We invite you to join us at our Tasting Room porch where an experienced wine consultant will guide you through a flight of Starfield wines. With a diverse portfolio of outstanding wines from El Dorado, North Coast and Santa Cruz appellations, Starfield Vineyards is uniquely positioned to offer our guests a diverse array of red and white wines. Our casual daily tastings are perfect for all guests ranging from novice wine drinkers to experts to critics. You can view our current flight list here.
- Wine Tastings on our covered porch or inside our tasting room are offered by reservation 7 days a week. We offer tasting reservations starting and 11am with the last reservation at 4pm. We offer a diverse selection of wines and an array of flights for all palates to enjoy! Please do not be afraid to call last minute to check for openings.
- Age Requirement: All attendees must be 21+ and provide a valid ID. Due to the adult nature of wine tastings, children, infants, or minors are allowed.

Pricing: Tasting fees start at $15 per flight & charged at the time of booking. We refund one tasting fee per two bottles purchased. Tastings are complimentary for the member plus 3 or 5 guests (please refer to your membership benefits for full details.) If additional fees are applicable, it is $15 per person and charged at the time of booking.

Maximum Group Size: Maximum group size for our standard wine tasting is a total of 6 people, including non-drinkers and designated drivers. Should you have a larger group, please visit our "Large Group Wine Tastings".

Cancellation:

Members: $15 fee for cancellations/no-shows within 24 hours.

Non-members: Tasting/reservation fees are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours.

Duration & Times: Your reservation lasts 1 hour. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the end time of your reservation will remain the same. After your tasting, you’re welcome to explore the trails or amphitheater. Our trails & amphitheater close at 4:00pm.

Wine Tasting Food Options: For our Wine Tasting option on the covered porch or at the Tasting Room bar, we offer our cheese and charcuterie plates. We apologize but we cannot offer our full food menu during tasting reservations.

Location: We offer tasting reservation either outside on our outdoor covered porch OR inside our Tasting Room. They are two separate locations. Please select which location you would like at the time of booking. If you choose the covered porch option, it is located just outside of our tasting room. Please note, our Tasting Room covered porch is a different area than our Upper Patio and our Member's Lake Pavilion.
- Dog Policy: Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome to join. Please note that dogs must remain on leash and cannot go swimming. Please pick up after your dog.

Child Policy: All attendees must be 21+ years of age or older. Due to the adult nature of our wine tastings, all attendees must be 21+. We apologize but we cannot accomdate any infants, children or minors.

Weather Closures: All outdoor reservations are weather-dependent. In the event of bad weather, (heat, cold, rain, snow), your reservation may be canceled. If a cancellation due to bad weather should occur, we will notify you a minimum of 48 hours in advance and you will receive a full refund.

ADA Compliant: Our Tasting Room, Tasting Room Patio and Tasting Room facilities are fully ADA compliant. Should need an ADA table, please let our reservationist know.
