Starfield Vineyard’s Ursa Major Vermouth is a botanically infused, all-natural aperitif that marries 8 botanicals including cherry, eucalyptus, black cardamom, green cardamom, lime, cinchona, mint and juniper, with a blend of our Starfield estate grown Barbera and Tempranillo grapes.

The Ursa Major captures the feeling of a hike through the coastal hills, with a spicy, sometimes brambly mist of eucalyptus balanced with lighter notes of cardamom, citrus and mint. Barbera and Tempranillo are rounded out by cherry notes on the palate that blend into something beyond the sum of its parts. This vermouth is wonderful to use in an array of cocktail recipes, on the rocks, with a splash of tonic and a lemon twist, or simply on its own.
