We are so excited to announce the release of our 2022 Starfield Sparkling Brut Rosé. This amazing sparkling Rosé is a perfect balance of bright fruit, aromatic florals, dry ultra-fine bubbles, minerality and complexity making it both versatile with food and delicious by itself.
The 2022 Sparkling Brut Rosé has gorgeous and fruitful aromas of pure strawberry, rose petal, and apricot jam, that are complemented by secondary notes of birch, daffodil and just a hint of toasted bread. The palate begins with a crisp, bright entry that opens up to elegantly rich flavors of ruby grapefruit, soft vanilla, and plum that glide seamlessly into a dry and lovely, lingering finish. The beautiful flavors, well-rounded acidity and graceful structure highlight the fine-grained bubbles making this a perfect sparkler for any occasion or a stellar stand alone for sipping on a quiet evening.
