This meatloaf is used in our Meatloaf Wellington recipe, but holds up on it's own as a delicious, classic meal.
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Ground beef
  • ¾ cup Panko
  • 1 small Onion, diced fine
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tbs garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Pepper ground
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
Directions
  1. Preheat Oven to 325F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, incorporating well.
  3. Place mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes or until the internal temp is 160F.
  6. Let cool for 5-7 minutes
  7. Slice and serve with mashed potatoes.
