This meatloaf is used in our Meatloaf Wellington recipe, but holds up on it's own as a delicious, classic meal.
Ingredients
2 lbs Ground beef
¾ cup Panko
1 small Onion, diced fine
¾ cup Milk
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp salt
½ tbs garlic powder
½ tsp Pepper ground
½ tsp dried thyme
Directions
Preheat Oven to 325F.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, incorporating well.
Place mixture into a greased loaf pan.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 50 minutes or until the internal temp is 160F.
Let cool for 5-7 minutes
Slice and serve with mashed potatoes.
