Starfield Wine Club FAQs
Upon sign up, you will be charge the monetary equivalent to the latest release For your first release, Starfield members are welcome to select any wines of equal or greater value as long as they meet the monetary minimum.
Member benefits begin upon sign up and after the purchase of the current release or the monetary equivalent.
A $40 cancellation fee will be charged if the member cancels before their second consecutive release.
Members must be present to receive any benefits, discounts or complimentary tastings. Memberships are non-transferable and benefits/discounts are only applicable to the active member listed on the account. For the safety of all members, an ID is required for all pick-ups, purchases, and reservations.
For Pick-Up Members - Members are more than welcome to exchange at the time of pick up and your next visit. For wine club exchanges, it is best to make the exchanges/changes after you have completed your tasting and/or lunch. Once you have tried the wines in your release and made your final choices, we will then accommodate your exchanges/changes prior to finalizing so that it is neatly done on one transaction. At the time of pick up, you may also add as much like to receive the larger quantity discounts.
For Ship-To Members - Our ship-to clubs are fully customizable for each release. Simply reply the club release emails with what you would like. Or email Catherine@starfieldvineyards.com. If you prefer our staff of wine aficionados to choose, just let us know and we will happily make great recommendations based on your purchase history.
The carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning your package. If a shipment is returned, we will contact you to schedule a new delivery date. A $40 return fee will be applied.
Absolutely!! We send email notifications approximately 7 days prior to charging your account for an upcoming shipment. Should you need to update your account information or delay a ship date, please notify us by the deadline provided in your notifications.

Sure! We have a few options to help you re-order!
1. You may order online. Just login to your account and your discounts will automatically apply once you are logged in.

Yes, someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the shipments. Shipping to a business address is encouraged, though not required. You may also provide a local UPS store or FedEx Hold at Location address to use and make arrangements for shipments to be received there on your behalf. Please note that we legally are not allowed to ship to PO Boxes.
Yes. Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcome to enjoy all of our outdoor spaces. We apologize but dogs are not allowed inside the tasting room so that we may provide an allergy free area for other guests.
We also have two dog waste stations in case you forget your bags. Please note that dogs must remain on a leash at all times. Guests who do not keep their dogs on leashes, will be asked to leave.
The focus of our winery and vineyards is to make the best wine and best wine country experiences specifically designed to accommodate wine lovers 21 years of age or older. For many folks (parents & non), a day in wine country is a hard-earned retreat. We do our best to create a relaxing environment for our adult guests.
Under adult supervision, children are welcome to accompany guests in our Lunch service on the Upper Patio, Amphitheater and Nature Trails. We cannot accommodate anyone under the age of 21 for our Wine Tasting experiences or our Lake Pavilion experience.
Due to the adult nature of our winery and alcohol service, children under 18 years of age cannot be left unattended. The emphasis of our property is to serve wine lovers in attentive and wine focused adult experiences. We apologize but our winery was not designed as a place for children to partake in recreation or sports.
In addition to our wine service, we have 67 acres with 3 bodies of water, rock formations and native wildlife and we want to keep everyone, especially children, as safe as possible. For these reasons, we adhere strictly to our policy that all children under the age of 18 must remain within eyesight of a supervising adult and non-disruptive to other guests.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must always remain with a supervising adult.
- Children are welcome to bring coloring books, books, iPads with headphones and other self-contained activities that do not disrupt other guests’ appointments and experiences.
- All pathways indoor and outdoor must remain clear for guests and staff.
- Sports or games such as soccer, football, basketball, Frisbee, all flying objects or any other games/sports of that nature are not permitted on property.
- Remote controlled toys, drones, bikes or other mobile toys are not permitted.
- *We apologize but we cannot accommodate any guests under 21 for the Lake Pavilion, Wine Tasting and Estate Tour experience.
No. Due to the adult nature of the property, alcohol service and nature of the vineyards, all children under 18 must remain under the supervision of a guardian/adult.
