TASTING NOTES
The 2023 Vermentino is a vibrant expression of its terroir. Aromas of lemongrass, exquisitely ripe apricot, grapefruit, and gardenia blooms are accented by hints of wet stone. On the palate, bright lemon curd and crushed Queen Anne's Lace meld with notes of crystallized ginger and key lime pie, finishing with a touch of tamarind candy. This wine transitions from lively acidity to a creamy, smooth mouthfeel, culminating in a crisp, clean finish. A delicious sipper on its own, and the perfect wine for an array of pairings!
