Large Group Lunch
We invite guests to join us in this idyllic setting for a quintessential and relaxing getaway in El Dorado Wine Country! The Starfield Culinary team creates fresh, locally sourced lunch items designed to exquisitely pair with our small-lot, artisan wines.

Pricing: Reservation fee is $25 per reservation and is charged at the time of booking. Reservation fees are credited to the final bill the day of the reservation. Reservation fees are waived for Starfield Wine Club members. All menu items are charged a la carte and 18% gratuity is added to the final bill.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel with less than a 72 hours' notice or no show, the fees are non-refundable. For Starfield Members, it is a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel with less than a 72 hours' notice. If you book 7 or more guests but arrive with 5 or less, the cancellation policy and related fees will be applied.

Maximum total group size is 12 guests for Large Group Lunch reservations. Guest count must include all people that will be with the group (DDs, non-drinkers, children, etc.). We apologize but we cannot accommodate groups larger than a total of 12 people due to the limited size of our kitchen and limited staff members.

Location: Our Large Group Lunches are hosted outdoors in our designated large group area which is just outside of our tasting room and to the left side of the patio. Please note, this is a different area than our Upper Patio and Covered Porch.
- Duration & Times: Please allot a minimum of 1.5 hours for your lunch reservation. Reservation will begin at the time scheduled. If guests are 15 minutes late or more, we will not be able to accommodate the reservation.
- Gratuity: All parties of 7 or more will be charged an 18% automatic gratuity on their final bill.
- Food Options: We offer our full food menu. All menu items are charged as listed on the menu and as ordered. Guest may order as much or as little as they like. Please click the menu links above to see the full list.
- Wine & Beer Options: During lunch reservations, we serve wine by the glass and/or bottle as well as our beer list. Tasting flights are not available with our lunch services. Our tasting reservations are a separate experiences and are hosted in a different location. Please click the menu links above to see the full list.
- Splitting Checks: Guest can split checks up to 3 ways. We apologize but we are unable to accommodate more than 3 different tender splits. In addition, our system only allows equal splits of the bill, in half or in thirds.

Dog Policy: Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome to join. Please note that dogs must remain on leash and cannot go swimming. Please pick up after your dog.

Child Policy: Guests of all ages are welcome to join our lunch reservations but please note, Starfield is an adult environment. Please include all adults, minors, children and babies in your guest count, no matter how tiny they may be. Due to safety concerns and alcohol laws, children, teenagers and all minors must remain in arms' reach of their parents/guardians. Minors cannot be left unattended/unsupervised at any time on Starfield property.

Weather Dependent: Please note that all of our outdoor facilities are weather dependent. In the case of inclement weather, your reservation may have to be cancelled due to extreme temperatures, snow, rain and/or other bad weather scenarios.

ADA Compliant: Our Tasting Room, Tasting Room patio areas and Tasting Room facilities are fully ADA compliant. Should need an ADA table, please let our reservationist know.

Picnics: Due to our food permits, we cannot accommodate any picnics in areas where Starfield food is served. Picnics can only be accommodated in our amphitheater.
