TASTING NOTES
Highly aromatic, this Vermentino is lengthy, pure, and vibrant with a refreshing salinity. Aromas of green apple, guava, white pepper, orange blossom tea, and tarragon are prevalent. A vibrant palate of dried lemon, passionfruit curd, grapefruit marmalade, and tamarind candy dance with the senses. The acidity builds through the mid palate leading into a soft and creamy mouth feel and ending with a crisp, clean finish. A delicious sipper on its own, and the perfect wine for an array of pairings! Drink now through 2025.
