Ingredients
- 2 oz. Starfield Virgo Vermouth
- 2 ½ oz. Starfield 2020 Sparkling Brut Rosé
- ½ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- Candied grapefruit to garnish
Directions
In a mixing glass, add vermouth and grapefruit juice over fresh ice and stir to chill. Strain into a flute and top with chilled Sparkling Brut Rosé. Garnish with a candied grapefruit peel.
